Bid & Proposal Manager

Premium Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Bid Manager & Commercial Writer to strengthen how we compete for new opportunities and showcase our capabilities to clients and the market.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for an experienced bid professional and exceptional writer who will own PSG’s end-to-end bid and tender process, from opportunity assessment and planning through to writing, coordination, submission and post-bid review.

You will work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals and commercial content that clearly communicates PSG’s capabilities, differentiators and value.

What You will Own

You will manage RFTs, RFPs, RFIs, EOIs and other submissions from initial review through to final submission, coordinating internal stakeholders and developing persuasive responses, methodologies, executive summaries, value propositions and win themes that clearly communicate why PSG is the right partner.

Beyond tenders, you will develop proposals, capability statements, case studies, presentations and commercial content, collaborating with our broader marketing resources to bring PSG’s capabilities, projects and success stories to life across client and market-facing materials.

What You’ll Bring

You will bring demonstrated experience in bid writing, tender management, proposal development or commercial writing, with exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills and the ability to turn complex operational and technical information into clear, persuasive and customer-focused content.

You will be commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing multiple submissions, stakeholders and deadlines with minimal direction. Experience across security, facilities management, property, construction or other service-based industries will be highly regarded.
