Now we need a leader to take our service division to the next level.

You will take full control of our service division and scale it.

• Lead and grow a team of 20+ service plumbers

• Drive daily KPI performance across:

  • Sold hours

  • Job profitability

  • Average ticket

  • Callback rate

  • Customer satisfaction

• Review performance daily and take immediate action

• Work closely with dispatch and leadership

• Step into complex jobs and lead by example

• Train and develop technicians into top performers

• Enforce systems, processes, and accountability

• Ensure all work meets Australian Standards

• KPIs consistently hit or exceeded

• Strong revenue per tech per day

• Callback rate under 3%

• Consistent 5-star feedback

• A disciplined, high-performing team

• Systems that are tight and scalable

• NSW Plumbing Licence (Drainage, Gas, LP Gas preferred)

• 10+ years residential maintenance experience

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Proven experience quoting and selling

• Leadership experience

• Strong communication skills

• NSW Driver’s Licence
