What You'll Do

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations while leading and developing a team that delivers exceptional results.

Support the delivery of sales targets, KPIs and business objectivesCreate a people-first culture by coaching, developing and empowering your teamLead from the front, spending the majority of your time on the shop floor delivering memorable customer experiencesDrive team performance through regular coaching, feedback and development conversationsSupport recruitment, onboarding and training of new team membersExecute brand standards and visual merchandising excellence throughout the storeAssist with roster management and labour efficiency to achieve business targetsChampion a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for both customers and team membersBring the Lacoste brand vision to life through exceptional service and operational excellence

Who You Are

Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader within a premium, fast-paced retail environmentA results-driven leader with a strong "Make It Happen" attitudePassionate about coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teamsExperienced in driving sales performance and achieving KPI targetsCustomer-obsessed, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class experiencesA strategic thinker who can identify opportunities to drive growth and improve performanceConfident managing operational responsibilities including rostering, visual merchandising and team developmentA collaborative team player who leads with energy, positivity and accountability
