Experienced Horticulturist / Gardener – High-End Residential Properties

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Horticulturist/Gardener to join our friendly and professional maintenance team. You will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of high end residential gardens, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard.

You will work with a team of skilled horticulturists as well as independently across a range of properties, implementing best horticultural practices and building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

- Proven experience in ornamental plant identification

- Knowledge and ability to diagnose and treat pests and diseases

- Experience in the management of turf, weeds, and garden beds

- Skilled in pruning, hedging, and shaping of plants

- Ability to safely operate professional horticultural equipment

- Irrigation maintenance and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- A passion for maintaining and enhancing high-quality residential landscapes

- Certificate III or higher in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, or equivalent is preferred

- Valid Australian Driver’s License (manual preferred but not essential)
