Working across a variety of care communities, you'll gain exposure to different leadership challenges, teams and operational environments while being supported by experienced Regional GMs, Area Managers and specialist support teams.Why This Role?This role offers a unique opportunity to build broad leadership experience while learning what great care community leadership looks like across multiple settings. While travel flexibility is required, most assignments are typically located across metropolitan Melbourne, with occasional regional opportunities as needed.Many of our Relief General Managers progress into permanent Care Community General Manager roles within 3 to 9 months, depending on individual readiness, performance and available opportunities.
