About the role
We are seeking an experienced Wills & Estate Lawyer to join our team.
You will be comfortable in providing:
Estate planning
Drafting Wills; and
Administration.
Choose your own hours of work
Manage your own calendar and appointments
100% Work from home
You will be provided with a supportive and experienced administrative team
Stay current with changes to estate planning
Conducting meetings with our clients via Google Meet
Advise our existing clients on estate planning, including:
Last Will and Testament
Testamentary Trust (If required)
Powers of Attorney
Strategic advice based on the client's requirements
Handling day-to-day administrative and legal tasks related to Wills & Estates
Opportunity to join our leadership team and take part in strategy meetings for growth and best practice
Comprehensive knowledge of Estate Planning
Current Practicing Certificate (Australian Legal Practitioner)
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse in plain English
Able to provide practical solutions
A strong ability to work autonomously
