Butcher/Knifehand

Experienced Butcher, or Experienced Knife-hand wanted for South Australian Meat Wholesalers and Retail Butchers located near Adelaide CBD.

All applicants MUST BE EXPERIENCED, neat, well presented and possess excellent communication skills too.

This role involves all aspects of  general Butchering: slicing, dicing, band-saw work, catering, portion-cutting, mixing/mincing, boning, portion-cutting, order preparation, sausage making, window preparation, and other general butchering miscellaneous duties as well.

Applicants must be flexible with their work hours and be able to start work early in the morning, and have their own transport to and from work.

Applicants need to be able to work well on their own, as well as work as part of a team when and where required.
