Sunshine Coast Cleaning Experts is a growing residential cleaning business servicing Caloundra and surrounding suburbs. We're focused on delivering a consistently excellent clean for our clients while building a genuinely supportive, flexible workplace for our team.

About the Role:
We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This is residential cleaning work with regular, recurring clients — not one-off vacate cleans or hoarder jobs — so the work is steady and manageable rather than draining.

Most weeks will land between 12-25 hours, as the bulk of our cleans happen during school hours. You'll have flexibility to choose your own days and hours, with the expectation that you can stick to your chosen schedule consistently week to week.

Full paid training is provided from day one to help you become a confident, high-performing cleaner — no prior experience necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

• General cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other living areas to a high standard

• Following our checklists and cleaning processes to consistently meet client expectations

• Communicating professionally and promptly with clients and the team

What We Offer:

• Award hourly rate: $33.85/hr + 12% superannuation

• Pay run weekly, every Monday

• Superannuation paid weekly

About You:

• Hardworking, punctual, and reliable

• Friendly and a genuine team player

• Detail-oriented with pride in your work

• Comfortable working independently and following instructions

• Open to feedback and keen to improve

• Available to work during school holidays

Requirements:

• A valid Australian driver's licence

• A reliable car

• A National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)

• A smartphone (iOS/Android) for our cleaning app and training platform

• Working rights in Australia
