About the role
We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP). We have 39,000 people serving 4 million customers in 31 markets. We combine the strength and scale of a large, multi-national business with an expert, local knowledge of the customers we serve and communities we support. We invest, employ, manufacture, and distribute locally.
The Opportunity
Join CCEP as a Procurement Finance Manager, partnering closely with our Procurement, Treasury and Finance teams to drive commercial value across our Australia, Pacific and Indonesia (API) region.
This is a highly commercial finance business partnering role, where you’ll provide financial expertise and strategic support across key commodity categories and their related foreign exchange exposure. You’ll work closely with Procurement stakeholders to provide insight, challenge decisions and support supplier negotiations, tender processes and strategic initiatives.
You’ll also play an important role in planning and forecasting, with responsibility for supporting the Long-Range Plan, Annual Business Plan and Outlook processes across your portfolio. Working across multiple markets, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders throughout the API region and with Procurement Finance teams in Europe to drive alignment, process improvement and stronger ways of working.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in North Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Procurement, supporting the management of commodity categories and their related foreign exchange exposure across the API region.
Build strong and effective relationships with Procurement and Finance stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
Provide financial insight and challenge to support supplier negotiations, new supplier introductions, projects and changes to commercial agreements.
Develop financial models to support supplier negotiations and assess the commercial impact of contract and pricing changes.
Support tender processes by providing robust financial analysis and validating the financial impact of Procurement initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in the calculation and reporting of procurement savings across the business.
Own and coordinate financial planning activities for relevant categories, including the Long-Range Plan, Annual Business Plan and Outlook processes.
Calculate and maintain commodity standards for the Annual Business Plan across the API region.
Analyse commodity pricing, market movements and financial drivers to provide meaningful insights to Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
Support reporting requirements for API business units and provide financial analysis to support regional and European management reporting.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve Procurement Finance processes and ways of working.
Collaborate with European Procurement Finance teams to drive greater alignment and continuous improvement across regions.
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a complex and collaborative environment. In addition, you will have:
