Sales Representative – Bilingual Korean & Mandarin

We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Sales Representative, fluent in Korean and Mandarin to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate is confident in sourcing new customers and contributing to driving sales growth by utilising various channels. Ideally, you will have relevant experience in the fashion industry and wholesale business. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customer, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

About You: 

• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Korean and Mandarin, with demonstrable experience in business communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiar with communication platforms and customer relationship management system.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
