• Temporary role until 24 December 2026 , based in Sydney, NSW 

About the role 

The Assistant Project Officer role in the Knowledge & Innovation team supports the development and implementation of strategies, systems and practices that enable Hospitality and Racing to capture, share and apply knowledge effectively. The role supports the entire lifecycle of regulatory knowledge, from maintaining content quality and governance through to ensuring information is easy to understand.

In this role you will:

• Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Hospitality and Racing teams to manage regulatory knowledge.  
• Support engagement strategies to improve knowledge content presentation and structure to enhance accessibility, navigation and ease of use for teams.
• Support the translation of complex regulatory, policy and procedural information into practical, user focused guidance.
• Support content migration, maintenance and ongoing updates to ensure knowledge remains current, accessible and fit for purpose.
• Balance competing priorities across content development, review and maintenance activities within tight timeframes.
