About The Opportunity

Join a dynamic and supportive creative team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. As the Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging design solutions across a variety of digital and print channels. Based at our Macquarie Park office, you’ll collaborate with passionate stakeholders and contribute to exciting brand projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a flexible 3 days per week in office, providing the opportunity to balance creativity with lifestyle. You’ll be part of a fun, close-knit team who genuinely enjoy what they do and take pride in producing high-quality work.

In this Role

Create visually appealing and effective designs for a wide range of digital and print materials Ensure that all design assets align with the established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, colour schemes, and design elements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions Create designs optimised for various digital platforms and devices, ensuring a seamless user experience and engaging visual content. Prepare print-ready files, liaise with print vendors, and oversee the production process to ensure the final print materials meet quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.

You’re Likely a Match If

2 + year’s graphic design experience in a similar role, preferably retail. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. Outstanding time management skills with the ability to handle high workloads and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills, as well as adaptability to changing project requirements.
