Site Manager

MOSRON EDGE is recruiting a Senior Foreman / Site Manager for a major building remediation project valued at $30M+ in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering a complex remediation project with immediate start available. The role is initially contract-based with genuine temp-to-perm potential as the business continues to secure new work.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of site operations and be responsible for driving programme, productivity, quality and subcontractor performance on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations on a major remediation project
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure programme milestones are achieved
• Drive productivity, site performance and construction activities across multiple work fronts
• Manage and mentor two Foremen 
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in accordance with project requirements
• Implement and maintain site processes, documentation and reporting systems
• Work closely with the project management team to achieve project outcomes

Requirements

• Strong Foreman, Senior Foreman or Site Manager experience on medium to large-scale building projects
• Background in apartment construction, remediation or complex refurbishment projects preferred
• Proven ability to drive subcontractor performance and maintain programme outcomes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Process-driven approach with solid understanding of site reporting and project controls
• Ability to work within a structured project team and hold subcontractors accountable
