About The Role
Take on a new challenge and apply for our Quality Engineer position! Reporting to the Quality Manager within our Manufacturing team, you will ensure products and processes meet strict quality requirements. You will maintain our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, lead defect investigations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include
Monitor manufacturing processes, conduct root cause analysis using 8D/QC tools for non-conformances, implement corrective/preventive actions, and lead Engineering Change activities.Maintain QMS documentation (MQ, work instructions, quality procedures) per ISO 9001, lead Quality Circle activities, and provide technical support across internal departments (Production, Engineering, R&D, Technical Service, Purchasing, Sales).Review drawings/specifications, participate in prototype builds and production trials, and assist with risk assessments and validation.Drive Kaizen initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma projects to reduce defects, waste, and rework across the factory.Assist with supplier evaluations, quality performance reviews, audits, and defect resolution
About You
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related quality role within a manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge and application of ISO 9001 QMS standards.Hands-on proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA/PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).Ability to read and correctly interpret engineering drawings.Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers).
Desirable
Experience in HVAC or FMCG manufacturing environmentsExperience in New Product Development (NPD) or Design & DevelopmentLead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification
