We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Operations Manager to join our Seeds business in either Horsham or Laverton North location flexible- However if based in Melbourne would require regular travel to Head Office in Horsham. 

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead our Customer Service function and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across the Seeds business. Working closely with Sales, Production, Processing and Inventory teams, you'll ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational coordination. You'll lead a small team, drive continuous improvement across customer service processes, and help ensure our systems and ways of working continue to support a seamless customer experience.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Lead and develop the Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment, ensuring efficient delivery and service outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Production, Processing and Supply Chain teams to align customer requirements with business priorities.
• Build strong customer relationships while driving continuous improvement across customer service, dispatch and distribution processes.
• Act as the key business stakeholder for Salesforce and operational systems, identifying and implementing improvements that enhance customer and operational performance.
• Champion best-practice ways of working by supporting system enhancements, user adoption, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Could This Be You?

You're an experienced customer service, operations or supply chain professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering great outcomes for customers. With strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while balancing operational priorities.

You bring a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, along with a continuous improvement mindset and experience enhancing business processes and systems, ideally Salesforce or a similar CRM/ERP platform. You'll have exposure to dispatch, distribution or order fulfilment environments, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, drive system adoption, and coach teams through new ways of working. Experience in agriculture, seeds, logistics or supply chain environments, along with relevant tertiary qualifications, will be highly regarded.
