Just Quality is a growing home improvement company, and we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our Queensland team.

This is a casual role offering approximately 20–25 hours per week, ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a warehouse organised and jobs ready to go.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Unloading weekly deliveries using a forklift

• Moving and organising stock throughout the warehouse

• Manual handling and lifting of stock

• Checking upcoming installation jobs to ensure all products and components are complete

• Preparing and positioning jobs ready for installers to collect

• Checking products for obvious damage or missing items before installation

• Cutting artificial turf to the required measurements ready for installers

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe

• General warehouse duties as required

To be successful, you will need:

• Current forklift licence – essential

• Ability to safely perform regular manual lifting and physical work

• Reliable and punctual attitude

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to measure accurately

• Ability to work independently and stay organised

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Approximately 20–25 hours per week, with hours worked during weekdays.

There may be opportunities for additional hours as our Queensland operations continue to grow.

Our warehouse supports a busy installation team across a range of home improvement products, including outdoor blinds, shutters and artificial turf.
