Quest on Wickham Terrace is a brand-new 95-key property located at 375 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill, elevated above the future Wickham Private Hospital and directly opposite Roma Street Parkland. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Front Office Team Leader to join our pre-opening and operational team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week).

The Role

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and Property Manager, this hands-on supervisory role is instrumental in ensuring “We make corporate stays effortless.” You will lead day-to-day front desk operations, drive reservations and room sales, mentor and roster front office receptionists, ensure seamless check-in/out workflows (including online pre-check-in and mobile arrivals), and maintain flawless system standards across RMS. You will champion guest loyalty through the Quest Advantage program and handle guest enquiries with genuine warmth.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven front desk reception experience within a hotel or serviced apartment environment, paired with demonstrated supervisory capabilities.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a confident working knowledge of hotel PMS platforms (RMS preferred).
• Enthusiasm for sales conversion, corporate client relationship nurturing, and local area promotion.
• Hospitality or business qualifications are highly regarded.
• Applicants must have entitlements to work in Australia and flexibility across rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
