About the Role

We are looking for experiened Restaurant Section Wait Staff to join the team and help bring Tayim to life. Owning your own section, you'll guide guests through a modern Middle Eastern menu set within the restaurant's stunning historic sandstone interior, delivering the kind of warm, attentive service that keeps guests coming back. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in running a section smoothly and loves being part of a restaurant's opening team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service to guests dining at Tayim, owning your section from seating through to farewell.
• Take orders, guide guests through the menu, and serve food and beverages to a high standard of presentation.
• Set up and pack down your section, keeping service areas clean, stocked and ready for the next guest.
• Process payments accurately and handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and conduct throughout service.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality service is a bonus, but not essential.
• A friendly, energetic manner and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• The ability to stay calm and think on your feet during busy periods or unexpected situations.
• A genuine interest in hospitality and in being part of a hotel's opening team.
• Current RSA, or willingness to obtain one.
