THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Workforce Planning team in a newly created role. As the Workforce Planning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient and effective management of our workforce across the Australian Turf Club’s four primary venues.
Day To Day, The Role Will
Support the development of rostersEnsure rosters are accurate, complete, and aligned to workforce availability and skillsWork closely with Operations teams to understand workforce requirementsMaintain workforce data within the system to ensure correct roster allocationAssist in identifying potential gaps, overlaps, or risks within rostersRespond to general workforce enquiries in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate workforce records within the Time & Attendance systemSupport team member and manager use of the Time & Attendance systemSupport the preparation and validation of time and attendance records for payroll
THE RIGHT FIT
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or time and attendance administrationStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesGood attention to detail, particularly in data entry and roster accuracyEffective communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and workforce teamsAbility to follow processes and work within defined guidelinesBasic analytical capability to support roster allocation and workforce coordinationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience with Humanforce or similar Time & Attendance systems is preferred but not essential.Flexibility to work on Saturdays where required
