We are looking for a full time chef and casual chef / cook to join our team at Jamaica Blue located at Robina Town Centre.

Cooks / Chefs

We are looking for experienced cooks who enjoy working in a busy environment and has a background in short order cooking. You will be responsible for the overall quality, preparation and delivery of our menu items.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Has knowledge of a commercial kitchen
• At least 2 years experience working in a similar environment
• Is organised and systematic in their approach
• Pays attention to presentation and detail
• Is able to work in a team environment and coordinate with front of house staff
• Confident cooking breakfast and lunch dishes
• Confident in working service solo

Flexible availability is essential as weekend work will be required.
