Key Responsibilities:

• Set targets, goals and branch performance expectations.
• Lead sales, new business development and client engagement.
• Support key client relationships and oversee customer satisfaction.
• Identify key areas of business and operational improvement, driving required change
• Monitor business metrics, budgets and forecasting.
• Manage team performance and operational workflows.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Establish a strong industry network and increase branch visibility at industry events.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of operations and sales experience, within blue collar labour hire and recruitment or similar
• Experience managing a team of salespeople, account managers and managing a sales pipeline
• Strong understanding of key industries and clients within civil, industrial, manufacturing, construction, warehousing
• Ability to lead through change & influence stakeholders
• Experience in managing performance and business metrics
• Strong communication and commercial lens
• Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
• Profit and loss exposure is highly regarded
