Construction Project Manager

WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER / CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORCubism Projects is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager / Contract Administrator to join our team.We’re seeking someone who can take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and our site teams to deliver quality commercial construction projects.The role will include: • Project planning, coordination and delivery • Contract administration and subcontractor management • Procurement and letting of trade packages • Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation • Managing RFIs, variations, EOTs and progress claims • Cost control, forecasting and project reporting • Programming and monitoring project progress • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors • Supporting site teams to resolve construction and design issues • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standardAbout you: • Experience in commercial construction in a Project Manager, Contract Administrator or similar role • Strong understanding of construction contracts and project administration • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail • Confident managing subcontractors, consultants and client relationships • Ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team • Proficient with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office • Relevant construction qualifications are highly regardedWhy Cubism Projects?We are a hands-on commercial construction company that values quality workmanship, strong relationships and getting the job done properly.This is an opportunity to become an important part of our team, take genuine ownership of projects and grow with the business.📍 Melbourne, Victoria 🏗️ Commercial Construction 💼 Full-TimeIf you’re interested in joining Cubism Projects, please send us a direct message on LinkedIn or submit your application with your CV.Know someone who would be a great fit?
