We are actively seeking the talents of an administrator to assist our Warranty team in Murarrie. The position is an excellent stepping stone for a career within the building and construction industry.

About the Role

Your new position, reporting to the Warranty Manager, will involve:

• Answering warranty phone calls from external and internal sources and track and log calls

• Communicate with internal Warranty staff and customer enquiries and service requests including schedule warranty calls with clients and diary management

• Conducting weekly phone calls to customers about orders that have arrived and providing summary to warehouse manager

• Complete warranty time sheets on a weekly basis

• Enter new warranty orders, maintain notes and enter warranty cases

• Purchase required materials for warranty service people

• Complete general administrative tasks as requested by the Warranty Manager

• Providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 2 years administration experience

• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• A pro-active, can do attitude

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels

• Demonstrated problem solving ability

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent time management skills
