The Role:

We are looking for Baristas to deliver a premium coffee across out Adelaide St. and Newstead venues, multiple positions available. The right Baristas will be experienced and passionate, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver a memorable customer experience. This is a serious role for advanced and passionate Baristas looking to further their careers.

Must be available for 20–25 hours per week across 3–4 shifts, with the potential for more. Weekday availability is a priority, plus at least one weekend day. Ideally, you’ll have 2+ years’ barista experience in a fast-paced café and be confident working independently for short periods.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
• 1 – 2 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
• Exceptional barista skills (latte art, filter brewing, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a customer focused and positive attitude
• The desire to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand
