Oran Park Hotel is a hospitality and entertainment destination bringing together dining, live sport, family experiences, rooftop hospitality, functions, ticketed events and community activations.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to own daily marketing execution across Oran Park Hotel, Jinja Rooftop, Papi’s Pizza, Events and Functions and key venue campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & General Manager you will turn approved strategies into accurate and engaging campaigns across social media, email, websites, digital advertising and venue channels.

You will manage campaign schedules, creative production, content coordination, event promotion, website updates and weekly reporting.

This position suits someone who takes ownership, works ahead, communicates clearly and brings solutions when a deadline or dependency is at risk.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a 12 week marketing calendar covering campaigns, events, content, deadlines, booking links and required assets.
• Coordinate campaigns from approved brief through to launch, including copy, creative, landing pages, booking routes and customer calls to action.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, content creators and external suppliers.
• Manage social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate regular short form video featuring real venue experiences, food, entertainment, events and team members.
• Monitor social media and Google enquiries, responding within one business day.
• Support Meta campaign preparation, including objectives, audiences, copy, creative requirements and landing pages.
• Coordinate event marketing across social media, email, websites, venue screens, signage and booking platforms.
• Work with Events and Operations teams to turn approved event information into customer facing campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer activity, content shoots, community promotions and local partnerships.
• Update website pages and check information across Google, SevenRooms, social media and venue screens.
• Check dates, prices, spelling, terms, QR codes and booking links before presenting work for approval.
• Maintain accurate tasks, owners, priorities, deadlines and progress in Notion.
• Raise risks early and provide a proposed solution.
• Deliver a weekly report covering completed work, upcoming deadlines, blockers, campaign results and next priorities.
• Track practical outcomes including enquiries, bookings, ticket sales, website visits and venue visits.

What success looks like

• The marketing calendar stays planned 12 weeks ahead.
• At least 90% of assigned work is delivered by deadline.
• Campaigns launch with accurate information and clear booking routes.
• At least four useful short form videos are published each week.
• Customer enquiries receive a response within one business day.
• Ticketed events receive consistent promotion throughout the sales period.
• Marketing information stays consistent across websites, Google, SevenRooms, social media and venue screens.
• Weekly reporting provides clear evidence of completed work and commercial outcomes.

About you

• At least three years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or a similar role.
• Experience within hospitality, events, entertainment or retail is strongly preferred.
• A portfolio showing campaigns, social content, events or promotions personally coordinated by you.
• Strong project management and deadline control.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and communication skills.
• Practical experience creating, filming and coordinating social media content.
• Experience briefing designers, photographers and videographers.
• Confidence working across several campaigns and venue brands at the same time.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, Canva, website content management and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Squarespace, SevenRooms, Loomly and Notion is desirable.
• An understanding of paid social campaigns, tracking links and campaign reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and follow through.
• Confidence working with Marketing, Events and Operations teams.
• Full Australian working rights.

Working pattern

This is a venue based role at Oran Park Hotel. From time to time weekend attendance is required for major events, campaign launches and content shoots. (min)
