We’re not your average professional services firm. Carbon launched in 2014 with the goal to shake up the industry and change the level of service that small and medium business owners received. We combine all the core business services in the one place (from accounting to bookkeeping to finance to insurance and everything in between), bringing together some of the best experts in the industry so our clients can focus on doing more of what they love.

As our next Carbonite, you’ll be joining a team at multiple levels. You’ll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself. You’ll also be joining our national ranks, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off of for the next team activity.

Empowering our Carbonites is a big part of our mission and vision, so we focus on helping our Carbonites learn and grow, developing their careers in the direction that they want to go in.

About the role. 
Without a receptionist to keep the wheels turning and be the first friendly face that our clients see when they stop by our office is incomplete. 

You’ll need to great customer service skills and communication, and not be afraid of various technologies (such as phone systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, to name a few). You’ll also need to be organised and have strong time management because you are keeping our ship on track! 

At Carbon we often hold team activities and events, and you’ll be a great help in getting these organised. If you’ve got event coordination experience up your sleeve, that’s a bonus but don’t worry if not as we can help you along your way. 

Our receptionist will wear many hats, so it’s important you help us understand your skills and experience in your cover letter, and don’t forget to take this opportunity to introduce us to you in a unique way!
