Rivareno Gelato: Gelato Maker

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Gelato Maker to join our team. As a Gelato Maker at Rivareno Gelato, you will be responsible for creating high-quality gelato using traditional Italian techniques and premium ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing gelato mixtures according to recipes
• Operating gelato-making equipment
• Monitoring freezing and churning processes
• Creating new flavors and experimenting with ingredients
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the production area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Gelato Maker or in a kitchen role
  
• Attention to detail and passion for creating delicious desserts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Rivareno Gelato is a high quality gelateria in the Sydney area with an enviable reputation. We are hiring enthusiastic, hardworking staff with a passion for customer service (and of course gelato) to join our existing team. For this role you will be required to work weekdays and weekends.
