Sales Support Coordinator - NSW

About the Role
Next Level Elevators is looking for a NSW Sales Support Coordinator to join our Rosebery team. This role combines front-of-house and inbound/digital enquiry handling with CRM (Simpro) sales administration, including sales closure, invoicing and production coordination, to deliver a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to project handover.

What You'll Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone and digital enquiries
• Qualify leads and log all mandatory information accurately in Simpro
• Monitor and process email and web form enquiries, and follow up aged leads
• Manage sales closure, invoicing and payment follow-up with the sales team
• Order and manage project drawings, approvals and revisions
• Coordinate sales handover to production and procurement teams
• Maintain accurate CRM and project records, and report on project status
• Conduct post-installation customer satisfaction surveys
• Support general front desk, reception and office administration duties

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a front desk, admin or enquiries-based role
• 3+ years' experience in a sales or sales administration role
• Experience within construction, building services, home lifts or manufacturing highly regarded
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in customer interaction and objection handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Simpro experience preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident using Excel to extract and report on data
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
