Terra Verde is a joint venture between Webuild, GS Engineering & Construction (E&C) Australia, and Bouygues Construction Australia.
The joint venture combines experienced local personnel with global resources and expertise.
Terra Verde is delivering nearly 10 kilometres of parallel tunnels between Glen Waverley and Box Hill, including 39 cross passages and two station boxes at Glen Waverley and Burwood in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, as part of the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
This is the largest infrastructure project in Victoria's history, shaping Melbourne and Victoria for future generations.

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the planning, governance and delivery of asset information, asset registers, operations and maintenance (O&M) data, spare parts and progressive handover across Terra Verde.
Reporting to the Quality and Completions Manager, this key project role will ensure asset information and handover requirements are integrated throughout design, construction, testing and commissioning through to Practical Completion and final transfer to asset owners and operators.
This position is focused on permanent infrastructure asset information, lifecycle data and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain the Asset Management Plan, ensuring alignment with project, client and lifecycle requirements.
• Establish and manage the Master Asset Register and Asset Database, ensuring asset information is complete, accurate and aligned with BIM, CAD, GIS and Digital Engineering models.
• Lead compliance with SRLA Asset Information Requirements (AIR), Asset Information Schema (AIS) and associated asset data requirements.
• Lead the Asset Allocation & Transfer workstream, including asset allocation registers, agreements, transfer documentation and engagement with Receiving Entities and asset owners.
• Coordinate asset information requirements across Digital Engineering, Design, Construction, Systems Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, Quality and Completions & Handover.
• Ensure O&M information, maintenance requirements, spare parts, warranties, certificates and associated documentation are captured and linked to relevant asset records.
• Support asset maintainability and obsolescence management, working with Engineering and Systems Assurance teams to identify and manage lifecycle risks.
• Drive progressive handover readiness and delivery of the Asset Information Model (AIM), ensuring as-built information, asset records, O&M documentation, certificates, warranties and Digital Engineering data are complete and accepted.
• Lead engagement with SRLA, Receiving Entities, asset owners, operators, councils and utilities regarding asset information, allocation and transfer requirements.
• Establish asset data quality, compliance and handover-readiness reporting, providing regular dashboards and visibility of key milestones, risks and outstanding actions.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Construction Management, Information/Digital Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5-10+ years' experience in asset management, asset information, completions or handover roles within major infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 asset management principles.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing asset registers and structured asset information in accordance with client data requirements and standards.
• Experience integrating asset information with BIM, Digital Engineering, GIS and/or Common Data Environment workflows.
• Strong understanding of completions, testing & commissioning and handover requirements, including as-built information, O&M documentation, warranties and certification.
• Experience coordinating asset allocation, transfer or handover requirements with asset owners, operators or Receiving Entities.
• Exposure to asset maintainability, lifecycle management, spare parts and obsolescence considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate requirements across engineering, construction, digital, quality and operational teams.
• Experience within Victorian transport infrastructure, including SRLA AIR/AIS requirements, AATP processes, DTP asset requirements or equivalent major transport authority frameworks, will be highly regarded.
