About the role:
As a Customer Services Attendant, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for visitors, patrons, delegates, and event organisers. You will be the friendly face of the venue, providing outstanding customer service, assisting with enquiries, and ensuring all guests receive prompt and professional support. Working in a dynamic event environment, you will maintain a strong awareness of safety and security, provide clear directions and assistance, manage cloakroom services, and help ensure the venue is presented to the highest standards.
