About the role
SkyCity Adelaide is looking for a Financial Crime Technical Writer to join the Financial Crime team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About The Opportunity
As Financial Crime Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing operational documentation that supports consistency and compliance across First Line Financial Crime Operations. Working closely with teams across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Training, Change, and Technology, you will create and update SOPs, work instructions, process documentation, and knowledge resources, ensuring they accurately reflect business processes, regulatory requirements, and system changes. Your work will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, reducing risk, and strengthening knowledge management across the function.
About You
You are an experienced Technical Writer with a background in Financial Crime, AML/CTF, Assurance, or a related field within the gambling or financial services industry. You have a proven ability to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly operational documentation, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to engage with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure information remains current, compliant, and fit for purpose.
