We're looking for an experienced Senior Landscape Gardener who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility, and can manage their day with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape maintenance across a range of sites while maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. The role suits someone who enjoys working independently, has experience leading work on site, and is committed to consistently delivering a high standard.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

• Proven experience in landscape or garden maintenance

• Experience leading teams or supervising work on site

• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

• A strong eye for detail and presentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A current Victorian Driver Licence

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Fully maintained take-home company vehicle
