Cottesloe Golf Club is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Golf Operations team in a full-time permanent position.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for delivering exceptional service and wants to play an important role in creating an outstanding experience for our members and guests.

About the Role

This is a diverse and highly visible position that combines three key areas of Golf Operations:

Golf Course & Pace of Play
Help maintain an enjoyable and efficient flow of play by monitoring the course, engaging with golfers and professionally managing pace-of-play issues.

Member & Guest Experience
Be a welcoming and familiar face around the Club. Build genuine relationships with members and guests, anticipate their needs and create the small memorable moments that make a great Club experience exceptional.

Golf Shop & Golf Operations
Support the day-to-day operation of the Golf Shop, including customer service, retail sales, merchandising, competitions, bookings, golf carts and general Golf Operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a customer-facing or premium service environment.

• Is friendly, confident and professionally presented.

• Genuinely enjoys interacting with people.

• Takes a proactive approach to customer service.

• Is comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.

• Can confidently and respectfully manage challenging situations.

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Is reliable, positive and works well as part of a team.

• Has an interest in golf and understands golf etiquette.

• Takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for customers.

Golf industry experience will be highly regarded, however, the right attitude, personality and customer service skills are our priority.
