OnDeck Australia is growing its Sales team and has multiple Sales Associate opportunities available for graduates and early-career sales professionals.

You don't need years of finance experience. We're looking for people with the energy, communication skills and drive to succeed in a phone-based sales environment, we'll teach you the rest.

Whether you're coming from telesales, call centres, recruitment, retail sales, real estate, telco, insurance, customer service or have recently completed your degree and want to break into sales, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing This is a phone-based sales role where you'll spend your day speaking with Australian small business owners.
You'll:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
• Build rapport quickly and understand customers' business needs
• Qualify opportunities and progress customers through the sales process
• Handle objections and confidently keep conversations moving
• Work towards individual and team sales KPIs
• Learn how to use Salesforce and OnDeck's sales systems
• Develop the commercial and sales skills to progress your career

Who We're Looking For We're interested in people who are hungry to learn, motivated by targets and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
You'll ideally have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related field and/or relevant phone-based sales experience
• Experience in sales, customer service, call centres or another target-driven environment
• Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations
• Strong communication skills and plenty of personality
• Resilience — you don't let a "no" ruin your day
