Hub Coordinator

Are you an experienced Office or Workplace/Hub Coordinator who thrives on creating exceptional workplace experiences?

We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Hub Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of a dynamic shared office hub supporting several businesses within the RSK Group, including Extent Heritage and EDP. This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, from welcoming visitors and coordinating facilities to managing suppliers, supporting workplace operations, and helping create a positive and professional office environment.

As Hub Coordinator, you'll play a central role in ensuring our office is professional, productive, safe and welcoming for employees, clients and visitors alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing reception and shared office facilities

• Coordinating meeting rooms, kitchens and communal spaces

• Liaising with building management, contractors and service providers

• Coordinating office supplies, utilities and supplier relationships

• Overseeing building access, security and workplace processes

• Supporting workplace health, safety, quality and environmental initiatives

• Coordinating office inductions and internal communications

• Organising staff social events and workplace engagement activities

• Assisting with fleet vehicle management

• Supporting a collaborative environment across multiple businesses and teams

You'll be a natural organiser who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of your work.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in Office Coordination, Hub/Shared Workplace Experience or a similar role

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• Confidence working with suppliers, contractors and service providers

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

• A customer-service mindset and genuine interest in helping others

• A current driver's licence
