We’re looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Caboolture Central Early Education Centre.

Location: Caboolture Central
Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
Pay: From $41.05/hr + Super for qualified applicants

About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to make your room your own — bringing your ideas, creativity and passion to life while leading and supporting your team.
You will:

• Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs 
• Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
• Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
• Build genuine relationships with children and families
• Support high-quality practices and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Blue Card
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming
• Confidence to lead, mentor and inspire a team
• A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and thrive
