We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator, ANZ to support the day-to-day running of our D2C website, Amazon presence and digital marketing activity – helping turn brand and portfolio strategy into a seamless, engaging online experience for families across Australia and New Zealand.

You as part of tonies:

Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, ANZ and working closely with the Portfolio, Sales and Marketing teams, the local Distributor and global Ecommerce and Content teams, you will support the execution of the tonies® online presence across our Shopify websites, Amazon store and the Mytonies app.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role – part digital coordinator, part marketing all-rounder, part project manager – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on detail, and wants to build a broad ecommerce and marketing skill set in a lean, fast-moving start-up environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Ecommerce & Digital Channel Support

Support the day-to-day management of the tonies Shopify websites and Amazon presence for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring product listings, pricing, content and inventory are accurate and up to date.
Assist with website and Amazon updates, including new product launches, seasonal changes, promotions and general site merchandising, in collaboration with global HQ.
Help coordinate the Mytonies app presence for ANZ, ensuring content is available and updated in line with global releases.
Monitor site and app performance, flagging technical issues or opportunities for improvement to the Ecommerce Manager and global HQ teams.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email/EDM, social media content and paid search/PPC, working with external agencies where required.
Coordinate content, assets and scheduling for promotional, seasonal and always-on campaigns in line with the brand marketing calendar.
Assist with content marketing and influencer collaboration activity to build engagement and amplify tonies’ online presence.
Help maintain SEO best practice across owned channels, including content updates and basic on-page optimisation.
Support in person activations, including organising ranging, pre-event preparations and post-event reviews.

Reporting & Analytics

Track and report on ecommerce and campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio and platform dashboards (Shopify, Amazon, email marketing).
Prepare regular reports on traffic, conversion, sales and campaign performance, translating data into clear, actionable insights.
Support competitor and market pricing checks to help inform pricing and promotional decisions.
Monitor social media and report on earned media and placements

Customer Experience

Work with the customer service team to understand feedback and pain points and help translate these into site and process improvements.
Help ensure product listings, descriptions and imagery meet brand standards and support a seamless customer journey across all platforms.

Cross-Functional Support

Act as a key point of coordination between Ecommerce, Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth, on-time execution of plans and campaigns.
Liaise with global HQ teams and external partners/agencies to support the local rollout of tools, content and campaigns.
Provide general administrative and project coordination support to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, and champion a test-and-learn, start-up mindset in a lean team environment.

What we are looking for:

Must-Haves

3+ years’ experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing or online sales role, ideally within toy, consumer electronics, kids’ or other consumer products industries.
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon), including product listings, content and merchandising.
Working knowledge of digital marketing channels – email/EDM, social media, SEO and paid search – and the platforms that support them (e.g. Braze, Meta, Google Ads).
Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4 or Looker Studio to track performance and surface simple, actionable insights.
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns and deadlines at once.
Strong attention to detail, particularly around content accuracy, pricing and brand consistency.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and enjoyment of working in a lean, dynamic environment where you’re happy to flex across tasks to get great outcomes.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in the toy, licensed entertainment, kids’ media or consumer electronics industry.
Familiarity with CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g. Braze, SFMC) and basic content/HTML editing.
Interest in retail media and marketplace advertising (e.g. Amazon Ads).
Familiarity with agile and modern project management approaches (e.g. Scrum, OKRs).
