Front of House Staff

Overlooking the Ocean Channel and Spoilbank Marina, our latest Running With Thieves venue is preparing to open our doors to welcome our new friends in Port Hedland.

Our Vision is to create a welcoming, modern coastal venue that reflects the rhythm of life in the Northwest — relaxed, genuine, and built around community connection. We see a dynamic, family-inclusive venue that captures Hedland’s coastal character, a destination that locals call home and visitors can’t stop talking about. Our venue will evolve throughout the day, offering breakfast and coffee for early risers, casual dining for families and workers, and a lively bar and events atmosphere as the sun sets over the Marina.

With multiple kitchens, bars, function spaces, family friendly areas including a playground, RWT will have something for everyone. The venue will showcase local Pilbara and Western Australian produce, RWT craft beers, and seasonal menus suited to the climate and coastal lifestyle.

We are now recruiting the following full time, part-time and casual positions to be a part of our opening team:

Baristas to deliver fast, high-quality coffee service in a busy commercial environment. These roles are focused on speed, consistency, customer service, and maintaining strong beverage standards during peak trade in a drive-through coffee outlet.

Food & Beverage Attendants to support bar, floor, and guest service operations. These roles are ideal for energetic hospitality professionals who can deliver friendly service, work efficiently, and support a high-volume team environment.

Yardies to support venue presentation, glass collection, floor cleanliness, and operational support across the venue. These roles are physically active and suited to team members who take pride in maintaining high standards and supporting smooth daily operations.

Food & Beverage Supervisors to support bar, floor, and function operations in a fast-paced, high-volume venue. These are hands-on leadership roles focused on shift support, staff guidance, service standards, and delivering strong guest experiences. Supervisors must have, or be willing to obtain TAB certification.

All positions are required to have a valid RSA, Food Safety Certificate, outstanding communication skills, a great attitude and a love of teamwork and hospitality.
