Trainee Bagging Plant Operator / Yardsperson

The Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our Salisbury team as a Trainee Bagging Plant Operator / Yardsman. Responsibilities

• Assist with manual bagging of sand and gravel products.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

• Support bagging plant operations and monitor production processes.

• Undertake general yard duties and housekeeping activities.

• Assist with loading, unloading and movement of materials.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements.

• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential.

• Willingness to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• Ability to undertake manual and physical work.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Current driver's licence.

• Ability to maintain a clean-shaven appearance to comply with respiratory PPE and site HSE requirements.

• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
