About The Opportunity

Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of simulation-based learning frameworks aligned with professional and accreditation standards (e.g. ANMAC, NMBA).Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs using contemporary, technology-enabled simulation approaches.Drive curriculum development and innovation, ensuring programs remain industry-relevant and future-focused.Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, industry partners and accrediting bodies.Contribute to scholarship and research in health professions education, including publication and collaboration.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, capability building and mentoring within the School.

About You

PhD in Nursing (desirable) or equivalent professional qualifications and experience, with current professional registration.Demonstrated experience in simulation-based learning, curriculum design, and teaching in higher education.Proven ability to lead education innovation projects, including planning, delivery, evaluation and quality improvement.Strong track record in scholarship or research, including publications and collaborative academic engagement.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building partnerships across healthcare, industry and academia.
