Senior System Administrator (Automation)
Your role
Join the Automation, Enterprise CRM and Platforms team and play a key role in supporting and advancing automation capabilities across the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). As the Senior System Administrator (Automation), you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising business-critical Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring automation services remain secure, reliable and high performing.
You will administer the UiPath platform, monitor automation performance, troubleshoot complex issues and deliver automation enhancements that improve efficiency and service delivery outcomes. Working closely with business stakeholders, managed service providers and technical teams, you will also contribute to the design, development, testing and deployment of innovative automation solutions that support the Department's strategic objectives. This role reports to the Automation Manager.
