About the Transition to Specialty - ICU program
Our ICU Transition to Speciality Practice (TSP) Program offers Registered Nurses a supported entry into critical care, delivering structured learning, hands-on experience and a clear pathway toward postgraduate studies in Critical Care Nursing.
About the ICU's
Our Intensive Care Units are at the forefront of critical care, catering to a diverse range of patients and medical specializations.
About the Role
The ICU TSP Program is a structured, supported transition designed for Registered Nurses with acute care experience who are ready to develop their skills in intensive care.
These part-time (0.84 EFT), fixed-term (6 months) positions commence in February 2027 and are designed to prepare participants for further postgraduate study in critical care.

We are seeking motivated Registered Nurses with recent demonstrated acute nursing experience, who are eager to make a difference in the lives of critically ill patients.
