Enterprise Cyber Security Project Manager

Cathara Consulting is seeking an Enterprise Cyber Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise cyber security projects across OT and IT environments, ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and aligned to organisational governance, stakeholder and operational requirements.
 
This is a 12month contract - remote with bi-monthly trips to the Northern Territory.  
 
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex cyber security projects across OT and IT environments.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, commercial activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Support transition of new cyber security capabilities into operations.
• Work in line with safety, environmental, corporate values and behavioural expectations.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven project management experience across cyber security, OT and IT environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, financial, risk, vendor and delivery management capability.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders, technical teams and operational teams.
• Strong planning, problem solving, organisational and analytical skills.
• Baseline security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Utilities, government-owned organisation or Government procurement experience.
• Knowledge of energy-sector cyber security frameworks and industrial control systems, including AESCSF and IEC 62443.
