Your Role in Action

• Power Up Equipment: Install, calibrate, and maintain essential electrical systems to keep operations humming.

• Diagnose & Optimise: Troubleshoot and refine interconnected circuits and systems to minimise downtime.

• Stay Organised: Maintain plans, databases, and documentation for smooth, compliant operations.

• Commission with Confidence: Commission and tune electrical systems to ensure peak performance.

• Own Complex Control Systems: Solve faults across electrical, pneumatic, electronic, microprocessor-based, and mechanical control systems.

• Lead Special Projects: Drive innovation by contributing to improvement initiatives and project work.

• Champion Safety: Model safe work practices and play an active role in safety improvement teams

 Your Winning Combination

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• A current Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence

• Post-trade experience in heavy industry electrical and/or instrumentation

• Current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue certifications

Bonus points if you also have:

• Cert III or IV in Instrumentation

• Experience in fixed plant maintenance

• Familiarity with LV motor control and PLC systems
