Receptionist

Range Ford, part of Regent Motors Group, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dealership team in Maddington.

Previous reception or administration experience is preferred; however, we also welcome applications from motivated entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and keeping our reception running smoothly.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

• Taking accurate messages and passing them on promptly

• Providing administrative support across the dealership

• Completing general clerical duties, including filing, data entry and managing correspondence

• Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area

• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• A friendly, approachable manner and professional presentation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confident computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to priorities tasks and manage multiple enquiries

• A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service

Previous reception or office experience is preferred, and automotive dealership experience would be an advantage. Applicants with transferable customer service skills or those looking to begin their administration career are also encouraged to apply.
