MC Driver - Linehaul/Interstate

The Company

Exodas is a well established and growing transport company carrying refrigerated and general freight. We run a fleet of late model and well maintained Kenworth, Volvo, and Scania trucks; and Vawdrey trailers.

We have been operating along the East coast of Australia between Mareeba/Cairns and Melbourne for over 24 years. Head office is in Yatala (QLD), with depots/yards in, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail, Mareeba, Warnervale, Sydney and Melbourne.

The Roles

We are looking for good operators to be based out of our Yatala depot for:

• Brisbane to North Queensland, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth

Exodas offers a competitive km rate, overnight allowances, and payment for loading/unloading.

Home every week, with option to stay away longer if you choose.

About you:

• Current MC Licence

• BFM

• Linehaul experience

• Can run on time doing overnight express (e.g. 11 hours including breaks - Brisbane to Sydney)

• Can handle variety and the inevitable changes that happen

• Experience with general and refrigerated freight including loading and unloading

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Care and attention to looking after the freight and the equipment

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
