Set amongst towering trees providing a leafy outlook from most vantage points, our Care Community has many peaceful areas inside and out. Our memory care neighbourhood provides a safe and inclusive environment for residents who are living with dementia.
We are seeking compassionate and clinically confident Registered Nurse’s to join our aged care team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity, comfort and quality of life in a residential aged care setting.
About the Role
$47.89 - $54.15 (DOE) base rate + Penalty rates for weekends and public holidays, plus 12% superannuation.

As a Registered Nurse in aged care, you will provide high-quality clinical care, support residents with complex and age-related health needs, and work closely with families, carers, doctors and the wider care team. You will also help guide care staff and ensure care plans, documentation and medication practices are delivered safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care to residents in line with individual care plans.
Complete clinical assessments, monitor changes in residents’ health and escalate concerns as required.
Administer and manage medications safely and accurately.
Provide wound care, pain management, dementia support and chronic disease management.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to care planning reviews.
Support, mentor and provide clinical guidance to care workers and enrolled nurses.
Communicate professionally with residents, families, GPs, allied health professionals and internal teams.
Promote resident dignity, independence, safety and quality of life.
About You
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Strong clinical assessment, care planning and medication management skills.
Excellent communication, documentation and relationship-building skills.
A calm, respectful and compassionate approach to resident care.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to complete pre-employment medical, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
