Owners Corporation Manager

Inner OC is looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to take on a portfolio of 75–80 Tier 3/4 properties totalling around 450 lots across Melbourne.

About the role
You'll manage your portfolio end to end, acting as the primary point of contact for committees and owners, and overseeing all aspects of governance, compliance, financial reporting and day-to-day administration for your properties.

• Portfolio of 75–80 Tier 3/4 properties

• All meetings run during business hours - no after-hours meetings required

• Flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week

• Full end-to-end management responsibility for your portfolio

About you

• Experience managing an Owners Corporation / strata portfolio (or equivalent strata industry experience)

• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach

• Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a diverse portfolio

• SCA accreditation (or working towards it) highly regarded
