About The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Camellia site, where we produce high-quality yeast for bakeries across Australia. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating warehouse administration, transport bookings and inventory control to ensure products are dispatched accurately and on time.

You'll be responsible for:

Liaising with Customer Service teams, freight providers and warehouse stakeholders to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.Preparing and maintain dispatch paperwork and process warehouse transactions using ERP systemMaintaining inventory accuracy through pallet control, stock reconciliation and cycle count administration.Providing occasional operational support within the warehouse, including forklift operation when required.

About You

The suitable candidate will possess:

Previous experience in a warehouse administration, warehouse coordination, logistics or transport administration role.Experience coordinating freight, dispatches or warehouse operations.A current Forklift Licence and confidence operating a forklift when required.Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with transport providers, customers and internal stakeholders.A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
