ABOUT THE ROLE

Manresa are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a passion for the mid-rise residential construction industry to join the team.

The role will involve providing vital administrative & organisational support to the Post Construction Manager including but not limited to:

• Company reporting

• Document management

• Liaising with owners/tenants/property managers

• Arranging subcontractors

• Onsite inspections

• General administration support

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn on the job and be able to obtain wide variety of experience in the business.

To be considered, you should possess:

• Minimum 12 months customer service & administration experience

• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Professional presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to engage in verbal interaction with Subcontractors and Owners.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Exceptional organization and time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
